Acetate Cards

I have been trying my hand at these lately, and have tried every colour of Stazon ink that I have. I have decided I like the Black best!

(This one is white ink but scanned so you can't see that it is transparent)

Happy Halloween

I have made a few Halloween cards to send off to family and friends, but still haven't made them for my class yet!

It is so gorgeous here in Nova Scotia this fall, I am in awe!

It Feels Like Fall!

I used bleach (well actually automatic dishwasher liquid) to make this card. Then overstamped the trees with brown ink.

Waiting for the fireworks

I took this picture from the back of the "yet-to-be-named sailboat", while we were waiting for the Canada Fire Works to start. The river looks so peaceful, you'd never know there were 2 dozen power boats zooming around.

Victoria Day Weekend

It is so cold here this weekend, the children have shorts on going to tennis lessons but I am in fleece! I did get to play a bit this weekend. I also worked on some boat cushions and came to the realization that I am going to pay someone who knows what they are doing to re-cover them. My sanity is not worth it! So if you know someone near me......... I promise a finders fee RAK!

I knew I couldn't keep up!

It's been almost a month since I have updated my blog, but here I am. The computer was in the shop for almost a week so that was maddening. It is amazing how much we use it in our house.

I made a few cards recently, just playing with some new stamps. Mom loved her Mother's Day card! Raining here all weekend so no golf for us yet.
